I had sent in a tour request on Zillow to look at a house, and the site paired me with him. We looked at several different houses to find the correct one to accommodate what I was looking for on a first-time buyer's budget. Sent me lots of different options throughout the process, and it was very easy to work with. I had a tight work schedule that didn’t allow me to get out of work much, but he worked around that from the showings up until the closing. Tim also went above and beyond and would stay behind and let inspectors in after a showing when I had to leave because I had other things going on.
